I have always loved to bake, and my specialty was definitely my mom’s English Toffee. I loved to make it to gift to friends at the holidays.

In 2019, just before Valentine’s Day, I decided to launch my Pammy Z’s Toffee page on Facebook. Those first orders quickly created a buzz about how incredible my toffee was.

At that time, I had a Pet Sitting Business that I had built up over 14 years (I guess I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit!). When the 2020 Covid shutdowns took away 90% of my pet sitting business overnight, I began to focus my energy on my toffee making!

My business quickly grew, as friends told friends who told friends about this delicious toffee they had discovered.

I began to do some craft shows, and my business kept growing.

In 2024 I launched my website, and the growth continues to amaze me! I literally do a happy dance, every time I hear a new order come in on my website!

I personally make every batch of toffee by hand, with love, using only the freshest ingredients. Creating my delicious toffee for you has become my passion! I especially love to see people’s reactions at my shows, when they taste a piece for the first time!
